This theme is based on the Japanese anime
"Burn-Up W", files 1 through 4. You can
find out more about the anime and videos 
at A.D.Vision's web site - www.advfilms.com.

This theme is best viewed at 800x600,
and at 16-bit high color or greater.

It should work on Win95/98/NT OS. A theme
installer is required, and I do recommend
Desktop Themes from Left Side Software,
which can be downloaded from
www.freethemes.com.
